Welcome to Medyka. These terms govern your use of the Medyka mobile application and the website at getmedyka.com. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

1. What Medyka Is

Medyka is a free medication reminder app. It helps you remember to take your medications on time. It is provided at no cost, with no ads and no subscription.

2. Not Medical Advice

Medyka is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is a simple reminder tool — it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always follow the guidance of your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional regarding your medications.

3. No Account Required

You do not need to create an account to use Medyka. All your data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your medication information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for entering accurate medication information.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device’s notification settings allow Medyka to deliver reminders.
  • You should not rely solely on Medyka for critical or life-sustaining medication schedules.

5. Availability & Reliability

We do our best to make the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Reminders depend on your device’s operating system, battery settings, and notification permissions. Medyka is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Medyka shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app. This includes, but is not limited to, missed medication doses, health complications, or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and mascot artwork in Medyka and on getmedyka.com are the property of the developer unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

8. Waitlist & Email

If you join the waitlist, you provide your email address voluntarily. We will use it only to send you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.
